How it works

Plan a complete installation project in 3 steps. No more navigating product-by-product.

  1. Fill the Project Setup form above. Enter your Project Number, Project Name, the project country, store area, supervisor count, day & night shift days, resting days, flight cost, transport costs, and indicate whether installers are internal (Oldenburger) or external (provided by client). The system automatically pulls daily allowance + hotel rates from the BMF 2026 country table and estimates flight hours.
  2. Click "✓ Confirm & Build Cart". The system adds all relevant articles to your cart based on the inputs:
    • Installer (Regular / Night) — only if installers are internal
    • Installer Provided by Client — only if installers are external
    • Electrician variant — if you specified electricians from the client
    • Supervisor (Regular / Night) — based on days & supervisor count
    • Resting Days (Installer / Supervisor)
    • Travel, Accommodation, Expenses — auto-totaled in EUR
    • Installation Material — auto-selected S/M/L based on store area
  3. Checkout. Review the cart, click Checkout, fill in the client billing address. The Project No., team selection, and additional info are pre-filled — proceed to payment. Download the PDF quotation, save for internal reference.
